Hello, I’m Matt Ryan
Matt is available for nutrition counseling, weight management and personal training. He’s been practicing nutrition counseling since 2001 and personal training since 2005.
In addition, Matt has run over 40 half marathons and has completed 14 Marine Corps Marathons since 2010. He is currently gearing up for his fifteenth in the Fall!
Philosophy on nutrition: “Eating the right number of calories and the proper amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat can help achieve ones’ fitness goals. Although they are all essential, the key is incorporating them into the daily diet, developing consistency and balancing them with YOUR lifestyle. That’s where the REAL POWER lies.”
